| Dose & Usage | Drops
Under 3 mos: 10mg/kg bodyweight; 3 mos - 1 yr: 0.6 - 1.2mL.
To be taken 3-4 times daily or as needed. Use as precribed by your physician.
Syrup
3 mos - 1 yr: 2.5 - 5mL (1/2-1 tsp); 1-5 yrs: 5-10mL (1 -2 tsps); 6-12 yrs: 10-20mL (2-4 tsps).
