Dose & Usage

Children - Daily electrolyte requirement
Drink 1 cheerpack or dissolve 1 sachet in 200 mL water.

Adult
2 or more cheerpacks or dissolve 2 or more sachets depending on type of activity & intensity of workout.

Prevention of dehydration or maintenance of good hydration
Drink 4 packs or dissolve 5 sachets in 1 L of water.
